Shipping policy
All orders are packaged with care to ensure the safety of your purchase and sent through registered post with a tracking number. We ship Australia wide only from QLD, Australia.
Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $15, ($40 for Express except for WA & NT which is $99 for Express). We no longer ship internationally.
Freight Insurance is always recommended and our website will add it to the order at checkout as a default, but customers are welcome to remove that Insurance cover if they have their own cover or are prepared for the risks involved.
To ensure every item meets our quality standards, we batch process and dispatch orders twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
