ARC/Kaizen 3 Way Trimmer & 240V Motor Kit (does not inc Bushing, Cutter or Pilot)
Designed and manufactured in the UK, for a fast accurate solution to case trimming. The unique cutter design trims, chamfers and deburrs all in one operation reducing handling time and speeding up the trimming process. Suitable for most common cartridges and has a click adjustable cutting depth for .001” increments. Cases are supported via a bushing and pilot system ensuring extremely consistent neck lengths. The trimmer can be powered by a 240V ARC Motor or an electric drill, pillar drill or lathe. The 240V Motor drive comes with a speed controller and an Australian compatible power supply. The polymer shield collects waste brass and makes for a clean workspace while in operation. If you purchase the 240V Motor, it comes with a stainless steel swarf tray.
If you are getting started with your first trimmer and first calibre, you will need the following items:
- ARC 240V Motor Drive (not required if you intend to utilise a drill or lathe to turn the trimmer body)
- ARC Trimmer Body only
- Calibre specific Bushing
- Calibre specific Pilot
- Calibre specific Trimmer Cutter
